Understand
One long conversation and a look at whatever exists — the site, the ad accounts, last year's numbers; or the marks, the interests and what the family can spend.
Days 1–3 Audit
How we work
"We'll take care of it" is how most of these arrangements begin. It is also how most of them end. So here is the month, in order.
No fluff · Direct accountability · No lock-in
Sequence
Structured deliverables without ambiguity. Everything mapped before execution starts.
One long conversation and a look at whatever exists — the site, the ad accounts, last year's numbers; or the marks, the interests and what the family can spend.
Days 1–3 Audit
A written plan. Channels, budget split and what we expect — or a shortlist with a reason beside every name and the deadlines mapped backwards.
Days 4–7 Blueprint
Campaigns go live and anything that needs building gets built. Applications go in, checked before they are sent rather than after.
Day 8 on Execution
What ran, what it cost and what came back — or exactly where each application stands and what it is waiting on.
Day 30 on Review
What it takes from your side
Five things. The first two are most of the job.
We do not ask for vanity participation. Clear inputs produce rapid, uncontested deliverables.
Roughly — or what the family can realistically spend. A range is fine; a guess told as a guess is fine.
The best campaign in the world dies in an inbox, and so does an admissions query.
Your existing ones, or permission to open new ones in your name.
The second and third chase is where deadlines get missed.
To read the report and argue with it.
Verification
You will not find case studies here, or a wall of college logos. Numbers out of someone else's account need their permission first. A screenshot with no name on it proves nothing; anybody can make one. And a student's admission is theirs, not a trophy for our website.
What we will do instead, on a call: open an account we run, with the client's permission, and walk through it — structure, spend, what worked, what we stopped. That is harder to fake than a slide, and it takes twenty minutes.
Exit terms
Month to month after the first agreed term.
When it ends the accounts are already yours, the creative files are handed over, and anything we built comes with its source and a document that says how it works.
On the admissions side you keep every document and every application in the state it is in. Nothing is held back to make leaving harder.
Accounts and files: yours from day one
All four reach us. Use whichever suits you — we sort out inside who picks it up.
